Felipe Viscarra was convicted of conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine or 500 grams or more of a mixed substance containing detectable amounts of methamphetamine. 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. It is undisputed that Viscarra drove from Atlanta, Georgia to Monroe, Louisiana to assist Salvador Araiza.
