Thomas Dale Stewart was convicted at a bench trial of one count of driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that he was a less safe driver and one count of failure to maintain lane. OCGA §§ 40-6-391(a)(1); 40-6-48(1). Stewart appeals, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence with respect to both convictions and contending that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict.
