FRANK, Judge.

The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Education ("VDOE") appeals an interlocutory order of the Circuit Court of the County of Fairfax pursuant to Code § 8.01-670.1. Finding that we have no jurisdiction under Code § 8.01-670.1 to consider interlocutory appeals, we dismiss the appeal and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.1
