In this diversity case, PetroQuest Energy, LLC ("PetroQuest") appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment and award of damages in favor of Cedyco Corporation ("Cedyco") on Cedyco's claim that PetroQuest breached a contract to sell its working interest in two oil wells. Cedyco cross-appeals the award of money damages and argues that it is entitled to specific performance.
