¶ 1 A jury convicted Kingsley Ariegwe of attempted sexual intercourse without consent and unlawful transactions with children, and the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District, Cascade County, sentenced him to a term of imprisonment in the Montana State Prison. The court also ordered Ariegwe to pay restitution totaling $14,234.66. Ariegwe now appeals from his conviction and sentence. We affirm...
