SCHALLER, J.

The defendant, Mark Errico, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, in favor of the plaintiff, Newtown Pool Construction, LLC. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly awarded damages for unjust enrichment in a claim arising under the Home Improvement Act, General Statutes § 20-429. Because the record before us is inadequate, we decline to review the defendant's claim and, accordingly, affirm...
