¶ 1 J. Pochynok Co., Inc. (Pochynok) appeals the trial court's award of costs and attorney fees to Gregory and Louann Smedsrud (the Smedsruds). Specifically, Pochynok claims that the trial court erred in entering its findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding costs and attorney fees because the court did not have sufficient information to determine that the Smedsruds were the successful party at trial and therefore entitled...
