OPINION

JAMES T. CAMPBELL, Justice.

Maria Kerr brings this appeal from a take-nothing judgment in her suit against appellee Leesa Hartsell Brown brought after the death of Kerr's son Derek D'eVonn2 Sanders in a traffic accident. She presents a single issue assigning error to the submission of an unavoidable accident instruction in the jury charge. We affirm.
