¶ 1. This is an appeal filed by an attorney who failed to appear at his disciplinary hearing after his sixth violation of the Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct (the "Rules"). The Complaint Tribunal found the attorney should be suspended from the practice of law for ninety days. However, finding inexcusable the attorney's past and continuing disregard for the Rules, we reject the recommendation of the Complaint Tribunal...
