GWTP Investments ("GWTP")1 brought this suit against SES Americom ("SES") for breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. It claims that SES agreed to purchase teleports on its behalf at a bankruptcy auction, but after SES won the auction and attained the rights to the teleports, it refused to transfer them to GWTP.
