Defendant was indicted for two counts of robbery in the second degree and one count of assault in the second degree, stemming from an incident that occurred on November 29, 2004 in the City of Kingston, Ulster County. After a jury trial, defendant was convicted as charged and sentenced to concurrent prison terms of six years for each robbery conviction and four years for the assault conviction, with a period of postrelease supervision.
