Appellant, Larry Eugene Santee, appeals from a judgment in count one for aggravated sexual assault for which he was sentenced to life in prison and a $10,000 fine. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 22.021(a) (Vernon Supp.2006). In his sole point of error, appellant contends that the trial court's submission of offenses in the disjunctive in the charge to the jury violated his constitutional right to a unanimous verdict.
