Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for possession of methamphetamine, former ORS 475.992 (2003), renumbered as ORS 475.840 (2005). He assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained during a search of his car, and to the court's admission of a laboratory report at trial that confirmed that the substance seized from his car was methamphetamine.
