Jason Hall was arrested for DUI and given immediate notice of statutory summary suspension of his driving privileges. He petitioned to rescind the summary suspension, and the matter proceeded to a hearing where the circuit court granted his petition. During the rescission proceedings, the court allowed Hall to invoke his fifth amendment right against self incrimination when the State called him to testify. The...
