This appeal involves a dispute between TransCanada Power Marketing LTD. (TransCanada), a wholesale power distributor, and National Grid USA (National Grid). Pursuant to three separate wholesale power contracts, TransCanada delivers power to affiliates of National Grid, which then sell it to their retail customers.
