In this workers' compensation suit, the employer appeals the judgment finding that the employee met his burden of proving a work-related accident and that the employee had not made fraudulent statements in order to obtain benefits. The employee answered the appeal seeking attorney fees and costs. For the following reasons, we affirm the workers' compensation judge's ruling.
