Gustavo Naranjo and Cesar Sanchez appeal their sentences following their guilty pleas to drug charges. Naranjo pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture containing methamphetamine and 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine. Naranjo contends that the government breached the plea agreement by stating Naranjo would lose his acceptance of responsibility reduction if he contested facts...
