The University of Nebraska College of Law Student-Faculty Honor Committee (Honor Committee) found that Michael M. Kerr should be dismissed from the College of Law for engaging in four "exceedingly flagrant" instances of plagiarism. After an appeal, College of Law Dean Steven L.
