On March 26, 2004, a jury found Appellant, James Lee Fields, guilty of: (1) complicity to commit assault in the second degree, and (2) complicity to commit robbery in the first degree. He was sentenced to ten (10) years for the complicity to commit assault and fifteen (15) years for the complicity to commit robbery, both to run consecutively.
