COMCAST Corporation1 appeals the denial of its motion to open default and the denial of its motion for a directed verdict on its liability for punitive damages. As we find the allegations in the complaint are sufficient, standing alone, to show that COMCAST should be liable for punitive damages, we affirm the judgment of the trial court. COMCAST has not appealed the award of compensatory damages.
