Plaintiff RBS Holdings, Inc. ("RBS"), formerly known as Gordon & Ferguson of Delaware, Inc., commenced this action against Wells Fargo Century, Inc. ("Wells Fargo"), invoking the Court's diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. RBS claims fraud, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, tortious interference, and negligence.
