After Robert Brownell pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, the district court sentenced him to 240 months' imprisonment and three years' supervised release, and ordered him to pay nearly $7 million in restitution. Brownell appeals his sentence, arguing that the district court erred in its calculation of intended loss and in applying the "leader or organizer" enhancement for sentencing purposes. The latter...
