¶ 1 Ameritech Library Services and American Manufacturing Mutual/Kemper (collectively Ameritech) petition for review of the Utah Labor Commission's (the Commission) order requiring that they pay 100% of Tamara Edmonds's medical expenses related to treatment of her carpal tunnel syndrome.
