Shelley Hersh suffered bodily injury when her automobile collided with a house being moved along Roswell Road in Fulton County. She filed suit, naming as defendants William Griffith, the house mover, William Finch and Gary Johnson, two off-duty Fulton County police officers who operated police escort vehicles for the house move, and others not at issue in this appeal.
