¶ 1 Phillip Dean Hancock, Appellant, was tried by jury and found guilty of murder in the first degree, in violation of 21 O.S.2001, § 701.7(A) (Counts 1 and 2); and possession of a firearm after former conviction of a felony, in violation of 21 O.S.2001, § 1283 (Count 4), in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CF-2002-3562.
