The Government indicted Frederick Talbert on one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The indictment alleged that Talbert knowingly possessed two guns found in his vehicle the night he was arrested. A jury convicted him.
