{¶ 1} Appellant, Soy Sok, was born in Cambodia. He was granted refugee status and entered the United States in 1984. In 1995, he entered a guilty plea to attempting to carry a concealed weapon, a felony of the fourth degree. In 2001, appellant was ordered by an immigration judge to be deported under federal law based on this conviction. He had also been convicted previously of involuntary...
