James Atkinson ("plaintiff") appeals from order by the trial court dismissing his action with prejudice. We affirm.
On or about 20 March 2003, plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Tanya Lesmeister ("defendant Lesmeister") that was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
