Martin Aragon was charged as a repeat offender with aggravated assault on a public servant. After returning a guilty verdict, the jury found the enhancement paragraph true and assessed a sentence of 65 years imprisonment. On appeal, Aragon argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for mistrial, his motions to suppress, and in admitting into evidence an autopsy photo of the child victim...
