¶ 1 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the. Commonwealth) appeals from the trial court's order denying its motion for reconsideration of sentence. The Commonwealth contends that the trial court erred in declining to impose the five year mandatory minimum sentence found in section 7508(a)(3)(ii) of the Crimes Code.
