EBI Companies (EBI) argues the Court of Appeals erred in reinstating the decision of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission to apportion liability between EBI and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Liberty) for successive injuries to Martha Geathers (Claimant). Op. No. 2004-U542 (S.C. Ct.App. filed October 26, 2004). We agree and reverse.
