A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Maria Alicia Beyer. The jury found that A.G. Edwards breached its contract with Alicia when it failed to create a joint account with the right of survivorship in the name of her and her father, Federico Beyer.
