No. 05-2755.

476 F.3d 459 (2007)

Ylli SINA, Petitioner, v. Alberto R. GONZALES, Respondent.

United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.

Decided February 7, 2007.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Ylli Sina, Chicago, IL, pro se.

Karen Lundgren, Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Counsel, Chicago, IL, Jennifer A. Levings, Kathryn Deangelis (argued), Department of Justice, Civil Division, Immigration Litigation, Washington, DC, for Respondent.

Ronald A. Schy (argued), Glenview, IL, Amicus Curiae.

Before FLAUM, KANNE, and EVANS, Circuit Judges.

KANNE, Circuit Judge.

Ylli Sina brings a petition for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' ("BIA") order affirming the Immigration Judge's ("IJ") decision denying his application for asylum and ordering his removal. He argues that the IJ's adverse credibility determination lacked substantial evidence and that substantial evidence supported his claim of persecution. We deny the petition for review.
