Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of four counts of sodomy in the first degree, 12 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child stemming from his inappropriate sexual contact with the 10-year-old daughter of his girlfriend.* He was thereafter sentenced to maximum consecutive sentences which resulted in an aggregate sentence of 100 years in prison.
