Following a bench trial in Derry District Court (Coughlin, J.), the defendant, Brian T. O'Maley, was convicted of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (DWI). See RSA 265:82 (2004); RSA 265:82-b (Supp.2006). We affirm.
