OPINION
HOWARD, Judge.
This appeal is from a summary judg ment granted by the Boyd Circuit Court, dismissing a third-party complaint, for indemnification in a slip-and-fall case. We affirm the summary judgment, though on somewhat different grounds from those relied on by the circuit court.
