I. INTRODUCTION

Leon Sanders, Jr., was convicted of one count of theft by shoplifting and three counts of burglary. He appeals, alleging that the district court for Lancaster County erred in denying his motions to exclude certain evidence from trial and in granting the State's motion for joinder.
