Appellant, Erron Deon Walker, a previously convicted felon, was charged with the felony offense of possessing body armor. In one enhancement paragraph, the State alleged appellant had been previously convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud. Appellant filed a motion to dismiss challenging the constitutionality of Texas Penal Code section 46.041. The trial court denied the motion. Appellant entered a plea of no contest...
