Defendant and appellant Kaheal Jevon Parrish appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial that resulted in his conviction of felony murder and two counts of attempted second-degree robbery. He contends (1) he was denied the constitutional right of confrontation as a result of the admission into evidence of an accomplice's out-of-court statements and (2) the trial court abused its discretion in admitting expert testimony concerning gangs.
