The Grievance Commission has recommended attorney Martha Johnson's license to practice law in Iowa be suspended for six months for violations of DR 1-102(A)(1) (a lawyer shall not violate a disciplinary rule), DR 9-101(B) (a lawyer shall not accept private employment in a matter in which she had "substantial responsibility" while serving as a public employee), and DR 1-102(A)(5) (a lawyer shall not engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration...
