This is an appeal by Eric Jason Brooks (hereinafter "Appellant") from a jury verdict in the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County in favor of Galen of West Virginia, d/b/a Greenbrier Valley Medical Center (hereinafter "GVMC" or "Appellee"). The Appellant contends that the lower court erred by taking judicial notice of a Social Security disability hearing which found the Appellant disabled due to a somatoform disorder and in excluding the Appellant's allegations...
