The dispositive issue on this appeal is whether, under WIS. STAT. § 632.05(2) (2005-06),1 the insured occupied "primarily as a dwelling" a cabin that he owned that was damaged by fire. The circuit court concluded that the undisputed facts showed that the insured, Todd Cambier, did meet this requirement and was entitled to the policy limits as provided in the statute.
