Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that he was improperly arrested based upon a reasonable suspicion and not probable cause that he committed a crime. The evidence adduced at the hearing established that after a detective approached the defendant, who was driving a vehicle which was stopped at a red light, the defendant's vehicle backed into the detective's police vehicle, crashed into another police vehicle in front of him, and sped away...
