BERNES, Judge.

Following a jury trial, Calvin McClain appeals his conviction for aggravated battery on numerous grounds. We find no error and affirm.

Viewed in the light most favorable to upholding the jury's verdict, the evidence of record shows that on the evening of April 13, 2003, the victim called the police and asked that McClain be removed from his home.
