Pursuant to a plea agreement, Mark J. Roou pled no contest to armed robbery with use of force and second-degree recklessly endangering safety. He was sentenced to concurrent sentences of twenty-five years and ten years, respectively. Postconviction, Roou moved to withdraw from the entire plea agreement on grounds that the trial court had misinformed him as to the elements of the reckless endangerment count.
