Steve Stolen was convicted of obstructing government operations under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-901(1) (Reissue 1995). Stolen claims his actions of cleaning and removing alcohol containers from a campsite, where a young man had died, do not rise to the level of physical interference contemplated by § 28-901(1). Therefore, Stolen argues that the county court convicted him upon insufficient evidence. We find that Stolen's actions did rise to the level...
