LEVINSON, Judge.
Movant-appellant Shirley Bass appeals from the denial of her motion asking the clerk to deny appellee Toney Edwards' claim for a spouse's elective share of Josephine Hood Archibald Edwards' (decedent's) estate; and to set aside the assignment of a spouse's year's allowance to appellee Toney Edwards.
