EISELE, District Judge.

The Defendant, Mr. Antoine Baker, moves the Court pursuant to the All Writs Act and the Declaratory Judgment Statute to declare the Attorney General's appointment of Mr. Tim Griffin to serve as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas "unconstitutional under U.S. Const., Art. § 2, cl. 2-3, or violating 28 U.S.C. § 541(a-b), or both."
