C.A.R.S. Protection Plus, Inc. (CARS) appeals from the judgment entered in favor of Thomas Tang, determining that CARS breached its contract with Tang and awarding Tang attorney's fees under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (Magnuson-Moss Act or the act).
