Friendly Finance Service ("FFS") appeals the district court's judgment affirming the judgment of the bankruptcy court. The bankruptcy court dismissed FFS's adversary complaint against the debtor, Gregory Neal Dorsey, in which FFS sought to deny the debtor's discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727 or to hold the debtor's debt to it non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523.
